Lake Forest HS TOB 9/24/11 Details

The Lake Forest HS “September Classic” TOB Competition is being held at Lake Forest HS in Felton, DE.  The show begins at 6:00PM.  Tickets are available for purchase from Mr. Wright .  The cost of each ticket will be $5 (Kids under 12 Free).

Below is our schedule for the day.

Percussion Sectional Rehearsal @ 8:30 AM
All Others Report @ 9:45 AM
Rehearsal @ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Lunch @ 2:30 PM
Dress/Pack/Load @ 3:00 PM
Leave @ 3:30 PM
Arrive @ 4:30 PM
Prep @ 4:30 – 5:00 PM
Warm-up @ 5:10 – 6:10 PM
Gate @ 6:23 PM
Perform @ 6:28 PM
Awards @ 8:50 PM
Leave @ 9:30 PM
Return @ 10:30 PM
Dismiss @ 11:00 PM

Any Student not returning on the bus once the Awards are finished, must turn in the travel release form to Mr. Wright upon arrival to school that morning.  NO STUDENT MAY LEAVE BEFORE THE AWARDS HAVE CONCLUDED.

Update for the Week of 9/12/11 – 9/17/11

This week will be our first full week of school for 2011-2012.  We will also have our first Home Football Game this Friday night against North Caroline High School.  The Symphonic Band is busy working on their music for the Pops Concert that will be on October 13th and the Concert Band is working on their music for the Veteran’s Day Ceremony that will be held downtown in front of the Courthouse on November 11.  Next week the Marching Band will travel to Lake Forest High School for their “September Classic” T.O.B. Competition.  This will our first competition of the season.

Here is the schedule for this week:

Monday – Woodwinds/Brass Rehearsal (2:30PM-4:45PM)

Tuesday – Percussion/Guard Rehearsal (2:30PM-4:45PM)
Alumni Band Rehearsal (7:00PM-8:00PM)

Wednesday – No Rehearsal

Thursday – Full Marching Band Rehearsal (2:30PM-4:45PM)

Friday – Full Marching Band Rehearsal (2:30PM-4:45PM)
Football Game against North Caroline HS. (Report back @ 5:45PM)

Saturday – Full Marching Band Rehearsal (9:00AM-12:00PM)
