This week, we will also be taking care of our Rooming List for the Virginia trip as it has to be submitted in next week.  There was an announcement made last week with regards to a T-Shirt Design Opportunity for the students for this year’s trip shirts.  The designs were to be submitted to Mr. Wright by last Friday.  If there is a design that was completed by a student last week and not submitted, please have that done ASAP.

Update for the Week of 3/6/23 – 3/12/23

We had a very successful opening weekend for “The Wizard of Oz” with the performances held both Friday and Saturday nights.  This week we will perform a daytime show for Elementary/Middle School students on Thursday.  We will then close the show next weekend after giving a performance Saturday evening and then Sunday afternoon.  On Saturday, we will report at 3:30 PM to prepare for the Video Call portion of the afternoon that will begin at 4:00 PM.  The Picture/Video Call will be followed by a family Pot-Luck Dinner, where we will all get to share some time and great food together before the show later that evening.  Here is the link to see what everyone is bringing.  While you do not have to sign up to participate, it is asked that you bring an item to share with everyone.  Using the sign-up link helps to show us what everyone is bringing so we don’t end up with a lot of the same items.  The Concert and Symphonic Bands will have their final rehearsals today and tomorrow for District Band Festival, which is Wednesday.  Below you will find our schedule for the day. Permission slips went home last Monday and were due back by last Friday.  If you have not seen and/or signed the permission slip, I need to have those back right away to be put on file in the office before Wednesday.

Just a reminder that this Friday is the final Spring Trip payment due date.  All balances must be paid in order to be added to the rooming list that will be completed next week.

Taking a look ahead, we will begin our Marching Band Parade rehearsals next Monday, and Jazz Band rehearsals on Tuesday.
