This week we are off from school for a second planned week due to the Corona Virus Outbreak in the US and it’s rapid spread.

While it is not a surprising decision to all of us, it is still with a heavy heart that I share with you we had to make the final decision to cancel our Spring Trip to Tennessee.  We are waiting to get some answers about the financial investments that we had already made to the various parties and what we might be able to get back with having to cancel the trip under the current circumstances.  So, please be patient with us as we wait for the final numbers come in and we will then be able to let you know what the refund amount and policy will be for each of you.  The good news is, we will be able to give you a refund on a good portion of what was paid for the trip.

At this time, I still don’t have a definite decision on All-Shore that is to be held at QACHS next Friday and Saturday.

I know that we have a lot of unanswered questions about what is going to happen with school after this week, but I am confident that we will be finding something out soon.  I am thinking of you all and wishing that we were back together after one week of being away, but we just have to be patient and make sure that we are making the best out of the current situation.
