Here are the things going on around the Band Room this week:

Monday – Marching Band Rehearsal after school.

Tuesday – Jazz Band Rehearsal after school.

This week we have several performances and other activities:

Tuesday, May 11th – 7th Annual Queen Anne’s County Night of Jazz.  7:00PM in the QACHS Cafeteria.  All QACHS Brass is to bring one 2 Liter bottle of  Soda and the Sax and Rhythm Section is to bring  baked good item (ie, cookies, brownies, rice crispy treats).  Report time is 6:00PM.

Wednesday, May 12th – Music Awards 7:00PM.

Thursday, May 13th – Jazz Exchange Concert with KCHS Jazz Band at KCHS at 1:00PM.  We will leave QACHS at 10:00AM and return at about 3:00PM

Saturday, May 15th – Kent Island Heritage Festival Parade, 10:30AM.  All marching band students need to report at 8:30AM to dress and load so that we can leave at 9:00AM.
