We made it through our first week of classes.  One of the highlights for all of us was getting to see everyone again in one place, even if it was through our computer screens.  Each ensemble was given the opportunity to share some ideas for what they would like to see us do and/or study during this time that we have to be physically away from one another and unable to play together as an ensemble.  I really enjoyed reading each suggestion and look forward to getting to explore some of the things that were mentioned.  This week we are going to begin to explore some of the history behind each of our instruments that we find in the modern Concert Band.
