This week the Concert and Symphonic Bands continue to prepare for the Pops Concert on October 16th. The Marching Band will perform at home this week as we host the 2019 “Pride of the Eastern Shore” Invitational T.O.B. Competition on Saturday. Details are below for those students that have signed up to help in the various capacities.

Monday – Woodwinds/Brass Sectionals (2:35 – 5:00)
Tuesday – Percussion/Color Guard Sectional (2:35 – 5:00)
Wednesday – No After School Rehearsals
Thursday – Full Rehearsal (2:35 – 5:00)
Friday – Full Rehearsal (2:35 – 5:00)
Saturday – Q.A.C.H.S. “Pride of the Eastern Shore” Invitational TOB Competition 3:00PM

Those students that have signed up to help with greeting and hosting bands should report at 1:00 PM so that we can go over the details of the day and what you need to know as each group arrives. Those students signed up to help usher in the stands or help with delivering the Air Grams need to report at 2:30 PM so that we can go over the details of the day with you and what you will be doing at your various posts.
