Here is a copy of our Itinerary for the weekend:

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2009

11:45 A.M.        Report

12:00 P.M.        Rehearsal

2:00 P.M.          Pack/Load

3:00 P.M.          Depart QACHS.

6:00 P.M.          Dinner (Old Country Buffet – Harrisburg)

7:00 P.M.          Continue to Hotel

                        Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites

7:15 P.M.          Arrive at Hotel

10:00 P.M.        Lights out!  Everyone get a good night’s sleep, we have to be up early tomorrow to get ready for our performance.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2009

6:00 A.M.          Buffet Breakfast at the Hotel

6:30 A.M.          Room check, Check out, Load.

7:00 A.M.          Leave for Hershey Stadium

7:30 A.M.          Arrive at Hershey Stadium

7:40 A.M.          Prep

7:50 A.M.          Move to Warm-up

8:00 A.M.          Warm-up

9:00 A.M.          Move to Gate

9:12 A.M.          Gate

9:22 A.M.          Performance

9:50 A.M.          Awards

10:30 A.M.        Depart for QACHS

1:00 P.M.          Arrive back at QACHS – Centreville, MD

Tickets can be purchased in advance at a discounted rate over the gate price.  Adults $15 and Students $12.

For those Parents that have reserved a room in our hotel block, the total cost of each room will be $76.59.

We have also included all of those staying with us in our dinner reservations and that cost will be $13.03 per person.
